1 The Most reliable and orgn site is  Uttrarakhand Police http://uttarakhandpolice.uk.gov.in/contents/listing/4/176-disaster-management

2 Most of the Activity so far has been near kedarnath so the Disaster Mgmt page of Rudraprayag http://rudraprayag.nic.in/pages/display/191-kedarnath-relief-operation

3 Doon Dist Disaster Mgmt page http://dehradun.nic.in/pages/display/171-disaster-relief-operation-%28%E0%A4%86%E0%A4%AA%E0%A4%A6%E0%A4%BE-%E0%A4%B0%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%B9%E0%A4%A4-%E0%A4%85%E0%A4%AD%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%AF%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%A8-%29

4. Then Go To This page http://uk.gov.in/pages/view/480-disaster-management-and-relief-measures where there is an easy gateway to go to all the other dist pages, many hv been inactive for some time but I believe we will soon see more updates there   btwn this site itself may have more info, and ofte clues to where other sites may have got ifo, like the list of dead  other sites mentioned didnot mention where they were foud, here they mention it was i haridwar
