A very well orchestrated slander campaign is on for Dr. Rakesh Parikh, the founder AAP member and Rajasthan Unit Secretary. Allegations have been made against him since quite some time by a few AAP members. However, today Preeti Sharma Menon and Anjali Damania joined in by alleging that he invited them to join AAP.

Preeti did not give any evidence, except saying ‘I say so’. Anjali though gave a proof in the form of screenshot of an email where Dr. Parikh asked her that they should request an NC meeting and invited her to take a lead.

It looks like there is some conspiracy being cooked up. I have known Dr. Parikh for some time now and don’t see any reason for such allegations. He has contributed a lot to the AAP. But this is not my reason to write. It is the intolerance of any form of dissent in the AAP that is disturbing, especially building up towards 28th March meeting of NC. Following are some links to the tweets

    Utter lie. Let @anjali_damania and @aapkipreeti say so @Ikumar7 @KuldeepKadyan— Dr Rakesh Parikh (@drrakeshparikh) March 20, 2015

I don’t understand. Why would inviting anyone to join AAP be a bad thing?

Edit: You mean he invited them to join AVAM. It is clear on reading the tweet thread. Yeah, AVAM seems to be AAP Cartel’s bogeyman. Like BJP’s anti-national. You no like us? You are AVAM.
