Followers of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar are often referred to as Ambedkarites. Many Ambedkarites are also neo-Buddhist or Dalits who converted to Buddhism as a part of the Dalit Buddhist movement, but the term also refers to those who follow his teachings.
