Apart from the absurdity of replacing non-detailed final turnout data with even less detailed provisional data after an elected government is sworn in on the basis of the results they published, this data too is not without flaws.

|Votes counted and polled match in the provisional data, BUT number of EVM votes counted in state does not match total of EVM votes counted in the constituencies in that state|
|Votes counted and polled don’t match but EVM votes counted in state match total of EVM votes counted in its constituencies.|
