No two of us need to agree on anything – not on political leanings, not on economic stand points, not on cultural belief systems or even on food preferences.

And yet, this disagreement need not translate into hatred.

This event – in continuation to the ‘Not in My Name’ protests – is our collective voice to exercise freedom from hatred, and hopefully, to be free from being hated upon.

We don’t have to agree to anything to be kind to one another. That’s a common minimum guarantee that we all deserve.
