Is there smoke at Fukushima Reactor 3?

It looks like there is smoke coming out of the reactor just behind the tower

A while back, the two “live cameras” mismatched badly.

Please note the position of the two cranes seen between the two towers

The TEPCO live camera was showing cranes facing toward the JNN Camera

The JNN Camera was showing cranes facing toward TEPCO camera.

Now at about 11am or so, I noticed what seems to be a dark patch of smoke at Reactor 3. Hope nothing is going wrong.
